Alerts, Regions, Complaints
The mode menu contains Alerts, Regions, and Complaints.

Each mode gives a different view of the workspace on the map.
Alerts
Use Alerts to examine alert events by time, alert name, and severity.
The date-range control shows the selected period. The All Alerts menu contains alert-name and severity filters. The severity choices are Low, Medium, and High.
The Alerts timeline shows time information for the alerts. It contains Show all alerts, a play control, and speed choices of 0.5×, 1×, and 2×.
Regions
Use Regions to examine named regions on the map. A region label can show the region name and its device count.
The All Regions menu lists region names. The view also has a Show device pins control beside this menu.
Complaints
Use Complaints to examine complaint locations on the map.
The All Complaints menu contains Boards and Status filters. Air quality complaints is an example board. Submitted is an example status.
The Complaints timeline shows a time window. It also has a play control and speed choices of 0.5×, 1×, and 2×.
Read a mode and its controls
Open the mode menu above the map.
Select Alerts, Regions, or Complaints.
Read the map labels and the available time information.
Open the filter menu to read its choices.
Press Esc to close the filter menu.
