Ticket views
Each board has its own status names. No tickets identifies an empty Kanban column.

| View or control | Purpose |

| Kanban | Groups ticket cards by the board's statuses. Each column shows its ticket count. |
| List | Shows ticket metadata, files, and answers as columns. Use Open in a row to read the ticket. |
| Sort icons | Identify sortable List columns, such as Ticket, Status, and Due. |
| New ticket | The ticket creation control in View. |
Scroll horizontally to read more List columns. The question columns come from the board's form.
