Access and sessions
The Access tab contains audience choices and session controls.
Details
| Control or information | Purpose |

| Anyone in my organisation | Signed-in Envizom users in the same organisation. |
| Anyone with a login I create | Viewers with an issued username and password, or a kiosk link token. Credentials can be revoked individually. |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone with the display address. No credential is necessary. |
| Save | The control for saving audience choices. |
| Sessions / End all sessions | Shows viewer sessions and provides a control to sign all viewers out. The app can show anonymous viewers as a count. |
The script uses the author's data access. Examine the information that the display shows before you give viewers access.
Stopping a session does not remove access. A viewer with access can sign in again until the audience or credential is removed.
