Header controls
| Control | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Board name and pencil | The pencil opens the Name field with Save name and Cancel rename. |
| Variable pickers | The device and parameter pickers that the board carries. A board without variables shows a No variables note. |
| Details / Preview | Details shows each widget's configuration summary. Preview shows the widget displays. The choice is not saved. |
| Settings gear | Opens Unit settings, AQI settings, Time settings, and Save changes. |
| View / Configure | Switches between reading the board and building it. |
| Save | Writes the board configuration. The header shows unsaved changes until you save. |
| Delete dashboard | The dashboard-removal control in the board header. |
Grid and pending bar
The grid holds the trays. A new board shows No trays yet.
The pending bar at the bottom holds + to add a widget, Tidy, undo, and redo. Widgets that wait for placement sit in the pending bar until you drag them into a tray.
For the grid controls, see Trays and layout. For the + control, see Add a widget.
