Overview boards
An Overview board shows inside a device or cluster card on the map. It is made from the Overview tab of the Dashboard list.
Details
Normal boards open on their own screen. Overview boards appear inside the entity details tray on the Overview map.
Make an Overview board
Select Dashboard in the sidebar.
Select the Overview tab.
Select Create overview dashboard.
The new board opens in Configure.
Add trays and widgets, then select Save.
Where it shows
The map uses the per-entity mapping first, then the entity-type default, then the organization-wide Overview default dashboard. Read the rule in the Overview guide.
The Overview example uses Selected device and Parameters as variables, so the board follows the device that is open on the map.
